Fallout Tactics Brotherhood of Steel is a turn-based, real-time role-playing game that is a part of the Fallout franchise. Fallout Tactics is the third Fallout Game to be released but the first spin-off game in the franchise. The key difference between Fallout Tactics and the first two games in the series is that it’s a far more strategic, game and less of a role-playing game!
Everything that you need to know about Fall Out Tactics:
It’s not the same game as Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel:
While it features the words Brotherhood of Steel in its full title, it’s a completely separate game to Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel.
There are bunkers instead of towns:
Instead of exploring towns, you’ll be able to explore a network of bunkers where you’ll be able to accept different missions. However, don’t worry you’ll still be able to trade items and gamble in the bunkers just like in Fallout’s towns. When you accept a mission in a bunker, you’ll be transported to the starting point of your chosen mission which may be such as a military encampment, a town, or a factory. You’ll also be given mission notes that will inform you of the goals which you’ll need to complete for your mission to be successful.
If you like the idea of playing a Fallout spin-off, you may also want to look for Fallout Tactics wallpapers. As it’s always fun to download wallpapers of the game that you’re currently working on completing.
Keep in mind that you can’t talk to NPCs:
One adjustment that you’ll need to make is to get used to not being able to talk to NPCs outside of your missions and squad.
So if you love Fallout and would love to complete Fallout Tactics, it’s well worth finding it on Steam. As it’s still available to play and has a cult following of passionate players!
